Pricing
We were following a practice of keeping the same prices over the years, but dependence on 3rd parties (data centers, software developers, domain registries) may cause longterm adjustments. Whatever happens, dcensy.com is dedicated to provide all its members with one the best offers that are currently available in global web hosting market.
Payments can be made via credit cards, SEPA bank transfers and PayPal (for non-domain name related orders).

We do not store your card details, except last four digits of card number to help you identify the right card. All the processing of card payment takes place in an appropriate gateway directly.

Bank transfers are recorded the same day they arrive to our bank account.
Membership pass can be refunded within 14 days if it wasn't used to get any services. Other services are also refundable in 14 days from the first usage, except: all domain name related actions, software licenses, SSL certificates, setup fees. Different plans of same service (e.g. all Shared web hosting plans) are considered the same service.
